Case Manager - intake and assessment (Indianapolis, IN)

Clearpath Summit Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around Indianapolis. We are hiring a Case Manager to take on intake and assessment. We celebrate small wins and steady routines. What you will do • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Help with applications and appointments for enrolment. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with enrolment. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Indianapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
