Case Manager - intake and assessment (Indianapolis, IN)

Highbridge Haven Early Learning Group runs childcare centres in Indianapolis caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers. We are hiring a Case Manager to take on intake and assessment. Low staff turnover is a goal we take seriously. What you will do • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Help with applications and appointments for licensing records. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with licensing records. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Indianapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
