Case Manager - intake and assessment (Indianapolis, IN)

Amberfield Thistle Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around Indianapolis, and we need a Case Manager to lead our intake and assessment. Collaboration between teachers and staff is strong. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for learning materials. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with learning materials. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Indianapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
