Case Manager - intake and assessment (Indianapolis, IN)

Cedar Loom Housing is looking for a Case Manager. The job centres on intake and assessment for lease compliance, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 29 people based in Indianapolis. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for lease compliance. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with lease compliance. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Indianapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
