Case Manager - intake and assessment (Houston, TX)

Bright Summit Property Management Group is looking for a Case Manager. The job centres on intake and assessment for lease renewals, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Help with applications and appointments for lease renewals. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Experience with lease renewals. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Houston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
