Case Manager - intake and assessment (Houston, TX)

We are growing our team at Bright Rook Housing and adding a Case Manager whose main responsibility will be intake and assessment. You would join a large organisation of about 918 people based in Houston. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for maintenance stores. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with maintenance stores.
