Case Manager - intake and assessment (Honolulu, HI)

Harborlight Kestrel Early Learning is looking for a Case Manager. The job centres on intake and assessment for tuition and subsidies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for tuition and subsidies. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with tuition and subsidies. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Honolulu. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
