Case Manager - intake and assessment (Honolulu, HI)

Amberfield Kestrel Community Partners is a Honolulu charity working with residents on basic needs and opportunity, and we need a Case Manager to lead our intake and assessment. Flexibility and kindness are expected. What you will do • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Help with applications and appointments for grant reporting. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with grant reporting. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Honolulu. • We reply to every applicant.
