Case Manager - intake and assessment (Honolulu, HI)

Northwind Basin Civic Services supports public agencies in Honolulu with budgeting, records and programmes, and we need a Case Manager to lead our intake and assessment. You would join a large organisation of about 638 people based in Honolulu. What you will do • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Help with applications and appointments for public records. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with public records. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Honolulu. • We reply to every applicant.
