Case Manager - intake and assessment (Honolulu, HI)

Ironwood Property Management Group looks after rental homes across the Honolulu area. We are hiring a Case Manager to take on intake and assessment. Residents are neighbours, not numbers. What you will do • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Help with applications and appointments for vendor invoices. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with vendor invoices. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Honolulu, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
