Case Manager - intake and assessment (Honolulu, HI)

Harborlight Kestrel Early Learning is looking for a Case Manager. The job centres on intake and assessment for licensing records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Help with applications and appointments for licensing records. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with licensing records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Honolulu, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
