Case Manager - intake and assessment (Hartford, CT)

Nova Loom Early Learning Partners is an early-learning provider in Hartford. We are hiring a Case Manager to take on intake and assessment. You would join a small organisation of about 13 people based in Hartford. What you will do • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Help with applications and appointments for tuition and subsidies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with tuition and subsidies. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Hartford. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
