Case Manager - intake and assessment (Hartford, CT)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Amber Learning Group and adding a Case Manager whose main responsibility will be intake and assessment. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Help with applications and appointments for student accounts. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with student accounts. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Hartford. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
