Case Manager - intake and assessment (Grand Rapids, MI)

Redstone Rook Community Partners is a Grand Rapids charity working with residents on basic needs and opportunity. We are hiring a Case Manager to take on intake and assessment. You would join a small organisation of about 36 people based in Grand Rapids. What you will do • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Help with applications and appointments for grant reporting. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with grant reporting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Grand Rapids. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
