Case Manager - intake and assessment (El Paso, TX)

Amberfield Cobalt Early Learning is an early-learning provider in El Paso, and we need a Case Manager to lead our intake and assessment. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Help with applications and appointments for tuition and subsidies. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with tuition and subsidies. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in El Paso. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
