Case Manager - intake and assessment (Detroit, MI)

We are growing our team at Silverline Kestrel Property Management and adding a Case Manager whose main responsibility will be intake and assessment. Maintenance and leasing staff share information every day. What you will do • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Help with applications and appointments for resident events. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with resident events. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Detroit, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
