Case Manager - intake and assessment (Des Moines, IA)

Redstone Technologies runs classrooms and tutoring across the Des Moines area. We are hiring a Case Manager to take on intake and assessment. You would join a small organisation of about 192 people based in Des Moines. What you will do • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Help with applications and appointments for school calendars. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with school calendars. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Des Moines. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
