You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Help with applications and appointments for insurance authorisations. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Experience with insurance authorisations. • Bilingual English and Spanish.
