Case Manager - intake and assessment (Denver, CO)

Highbridge Lantern Property Management is a Denver property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services. We are hiring a Case Manager to take on intake and assessment. You would join a small organisation of about 19 people based in Denver. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for resident events. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with resident events. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Denver, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
