Case Manager - intake and assessment (Denver, CO)

Lumen Lantern Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Denver area, and we need a Case Manager to lead our intake and assessment. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for student accounts. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Experience with student accounts. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Denver, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
