Case Manager - intake and assessment (Denver, CO)

Foxglove Meadow Housing Group manages affordable housing communities across Denver, and we need a Case Manager to lead our intake and assessment. You would join a small organisation of about 132 people based in Denver. What you will do • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Help with applications and appointments for waiting lists. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with waiting lists. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Denver. • We reply to every applicant.
