Case Manager - intake and assessment (Dallas, TX)

Northwind Nest Community Partners is looking for a Case Manager. The job centres on intake and assessment for donor records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are small enough to know everyone's name. What you will do • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Help with applications and appointments for donor records. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Experience with donor records. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Dallas. • We reply to every applicant.
