Case Manager - intake and assessment (Dallas, TX)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Logistics and adding a Case Manager whose main responsibility will be intake and assessment. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for student accounts. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with student accounts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Dallas. • We reply to every applicant.
