Case Manager - intake and assessment (Dallas, TX)

Northwind Maple Housing is a nonprofit housing provider in Dallas. We are hiring a Case Manager to take on intake and assessment. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Help with applications and appointments for resident services. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Experience with resident services. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Dallas. • We reply to every applicant.
