Case Manager - intake and assessment (Dallas, TX)

Rivermark Lantern Learning Group is looking for a Case Manager. The job centres on intake and assessment for student accounts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Help with applications and appointments for student accounts. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with student accounts. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Dallas. • We reply to every applicant.
