Case Manager - intake and assessment (Columbus, OH)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Nest Housing and adding a Case Manager whose main responsibility will be intake and assessment. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Help with applications and appointments for waiting lists. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Experience with waiting lists. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Columbus. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
