Case Manager - intake and assessment (Colorado Springs, CO)

Fernwood Bright Housing is a nonprofit housing provider in Colorado Springs, and we need a Case Manager to lead our intake and assessment. You would join a small organisation of about 44 people based in Colorado Springs. What you will do • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Help with applications and appointments for waiting lists. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Experience with waiting lists. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Colorado Springs. • We reply to every applicant.
