Silverline Ashton Care Services is looking for a Case Manager. The job centres on intake and assessment for licensing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Help with applications and appointments for licensing. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with licensing. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Cleveland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
