Case Manager - intake and assessment (Cincinnati, OH)

Cedar Fern Civic Services Group works with county and city offices around Cincinnati, and we need a Case Manager to lead our intake and assessment. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Help with applications and appointments for public records. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with public records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Cincinnati. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
