Case Manager - intake and assessment (Cincinnati, OH)

Silverline Pike Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Cincinnati area. We are hiring a Case Manager to take on intake and assessment. Collaboration between teachers and staff is strong. What you will do • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Help with applications and appointments for learning materials. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Experience with learning materials. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Cincinnati. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
