Case Manager - intake and assessment (Chicago, IL)

Greenridge Summit Property Management is looking for a Case Manager. The job centres on intake and assessment for lease renewals, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Chicago. What you will do • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Help with applications and appointments for lease renewals. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with lease renewals. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Chicago, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
