Case Manager - intake and assessment (Chicago, IL)

Summit Timber Property Management is looking for a Case Manager. The job centres on intake and assessment for vendor invoices, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Help with applications and appointments for vendor invoices. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Experience with vendor invoices. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Chicago. • We reply to every applicant.
