Case Manager - intake and assessment (Charlotte, NC)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Early Learning Group and adding a Case Manager whose main responsibility will be intake and assessment. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for licensing records. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with licensing records. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Charlotte. • We reply to every applicant.
