Case Manager - intake and assessment (Charlotte, NC)

Highbridge Maple Housing is a nonprofit housing provider in Charlotte, and we need a Case Manager to lead our intake and assessment. We value patience and follow-through. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for maintenance stores. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with maintenance stores. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Charlotte. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
