Nova Amber Early Learning is looking for a Case Manager. The job centres on intake and assessment for family communication, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for family communication. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with family communication. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Charlotte, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
