Case Manager - intake and assessment (Charleston, SC)

Harborlight Bright Learning Group is looking for a Case Manager. The job centres on intake and assessment for enrolment, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Charleston. What you will do • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Help with applications and appointments for enrolment. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Experience with enrolment. • Bilingual English and Spanish.
