Case Manager - intake and assessment (Charleston, SC)

Amberfield Timber Property Management Group is a Charleston property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services. We are hiring a Case Manager to take on intake and assessment. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Help with applications and appointments for lease renewals. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Experience with lease renewals. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Charleston. • We reply to every applicant.
