Case Manager - intake and assessment (Buffalo, NY)

Rivermark Ember Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Buffalo area. We are hiring a Case Manager to take on intake and assessment. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Buffalo. What you will do • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Help with applications and appointments for family communication. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Experience with family communication. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Buffalo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
