Case Manager - intake and assessment (Buffalo, NY)

We are growing our team at Bright Field Housing Group and adding a Case Manager whose main responsibility will be intake and assessment. You would join a small organisation of about 92 people based in Buffalo. What you will do • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Help with applications and appointments for repair requests. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Experience with repair requests. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Buffalo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
