Case Manager - intake and assessment (Buffalo, NY)

Ironwood Timber Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around Buffalo. We are hiring a Case Manager to take on intake and assessment. You would join a small organisation of about 39 people based in Buffalo. What you will do • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Help with applications and appointments for learning materials. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Experience with learning materials. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Buffalo. • We reply to every applicant.
