Case Manager - intake and assessment (Boston, MA)

Greenridge Maple Community Partners runs community programmes across Boston. We are hiring a Case Manager to take on intake and assessment. You would join a small organisation of about 53 people based in Boston. What you will do • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Help with applications and appointments for food distribution. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Experience with food distribution. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Boston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
