Case Manager - intake and assessment (Boise, ID)

Ironwood Yarrow Care Services is looking for a Case Manager. The job centres on intake and assessment for client records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Help with applications and appointments for client records. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with client records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Boise, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
