Case Manager - intake and assessment (Birmingham, AL)

Foxglove Lantern Early Learning is an early-learning provider in Birmingham, and we need a Case Manager to lead our intake and assessment. Low staff turnover is a goal we take seriously. What you will do • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Help with applications and appointments for tuition and subsidies. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with tuition and subsidies. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Birmingham. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
