Case Manager - intake and assessment (Birmingham, AL)

Redstone Willow Learning Group is an education provider in Birmingham serving students and families, and we need a Case Manager to lead our intake and assessment. We follow the school calendar and we like people who like learning. What you will do • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Help with applications and appointments for enrolment. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with enrolment. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Birmingham. • We reply to every applicant.
