Case Manager - intake and assessment (Birmingham, AL)

Ironwood Pike Property Management is a Birmingham property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services, and we need a Case Manager to lead our intake and assessment. You would join a small organisation of about 174 people based in Birmingham. What you will do • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Help with applications and appointments for resident events. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Experience with resident events. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Birmingham. • We reply to every applicant.
