Case Manager - intake and assessment (Birmingham, AL)

We are growing our team at Cedar Loom Learning Group and adding a Case Manager whose main responsibility will be intake and assessment. You would join a small organisation of about 58 people based in Birmingham. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for learning materials. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Experience with learning materials. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Birmingham. • We reply to every applicant.
