Case Manager - intake and assessment (Birmingham, AL)

Greenridge Wilder Early Learning runs childcare centres in Birmingham caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers, and we need a Case Manager to lead our intake and assessment. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Help with applications and appointments for licensing records. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Experience with licensing records. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Birmingham. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
