Case Manager - intake and assessment (Birmingham, AL)

Clearpath Thistle Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Birmingham area. We are hiring a Case Manager to take on intake and assessment. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Help with applications and appointments for school calendars. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Experience with school calendars. • Bilingual English and Spanish.
