Case Manager - intake and assessment (Birmingham, AL)

Bright Thistle Early Learning Group is looking for a Case Manager. The job centres on intake and assessment for licensing records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Help with applications and appointments for licensing records. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with licensing records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Birmingham. • We reply to every applicant.
