Case Manager - intake and assessment (Baltimore, MD)

Harborlight Wilder Early Learning is an early-learning provider in Baltimore, and we need a Case Manager to lead our intake and assessment. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Help with applications and appointments for classroom supplies. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with classroom supplies. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Baltimore, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
